Seismic retrofit of the existing Capitol Records building. Includes excavation and drill & epoxy work to extend foundations, beams, columns and shear walls from level 1 to level 13 along with point and patch as required. Also includes providing engineered design and installation of a temporary shoring system to support 5'x5' deck opening on each level.
